When a software project matters but nobody owns its technical direction, the problems arrive together: delays, errors in production, vendors passing responsibility back and forth. I step in as an external technical lead and bring the project back under control.
A written report that non-technical people can read too: how the software is built, what works, what does not, what the risks are and which decisions need to be made. Then a plan in short cycles, with who does what.

If we continue with technical leadership after the assessment, its cost is deducted from the first month.
After that, if needed, I continue for a few days a month, on site or remotely.
I have coordinated production support for a telecommunications platform, led a development team, and since 2019 I have worked as a back-end architect on European public-sector projects.
